Method:

  1. Rehydrated and chopped shiitake mushrooms.
  2. Beaten egg, heat the cooking oil. Slowly pour the egg liquid in to hot oil. Drip off extra oil, and set aside.
  3. Stir-fry mince ginger, ground Beef, mushroom, mixed vegetable and shrimp. Add in Fried Egg and spring onion.
  4. Add rice and sprinkle 1 tbsp of Delthin® Beef Stock Seasoning Powder. Stir-fry until even. Serve hot.
