Method:

  1. Cut off bottom part of Enoki mushrooms and slice the mushroom bundle lengthwise through the base into thin siabs.
  2. Beat the egg, mixture with salt and soy sauce and stir well .
  3. After dippingin egg liquid, dip in cornstarch.
  4. Heat oil and deep-fry until golden brown.
  5. Place mushrooms on paper towel to let excess oil drip off.
  6. Sprinkle of Delthin® Hot & Spicy Seasoning Powder immediately while hot.
