Method:
- Cut off bottom part of Enoki mushrooms and slice the mushroom bundle lengthwise through the base into thin siabs.
- Beat the egg, mixture with salt and soy sauce and stir well .
- After dippingin egg liquid, dip in cornstarch.
- Heat oil and deep-fry until golden brown.
- Place mushrooms on paper towel to let excess oil drip off.
- Sprinkle of Delthin® Hot & Spicy Seasoning Powder immediately while hot.
